SkyLight Studio is our own business — the photo and video studio inside the SkyLight network. Enquiries land in WhatsApp all day: what does an hour cost, is Saturday free, can you shoot a product set. For years every one of them was answered by the owner personally. That works until it doesn't. Replies stall overnight, a quote goes out and nobody follows it up, and the person who should be running the company spends the day typing prices into a phone.
The brief we gave ourselves: an agent that carries a conversation end to end — from the first question about price to a paid booking in the calendar — and a way to prove it works before we offer it to anyone else. We ran it on our own revenue first, because a claim about AI that hasn't cost the person making it anything is worth nothing.
On 26 July 2026 the agent took a conversation from a price question to a confirmed AED 1,575 booking — quote, slot, payment link, screenshot, confirmation, name and contact details, calendar entry — with zero replies from a human. Before this, that number had been zero out of eleven.
Across the same 47-hour window the owner's share of outgoing messages fell from 45% to 21%, and payment links sent rose from 0.36 to 2.6 a day. Phantom "sending the link" messages: none.
Read this honestly: it is one sale, not a statistic. It proves the thing is possible, not that it is reliable. We are running the measurement for another month before we quote a conversion rate — and we would rather publish that sentence than a percentage we cannot stand behind. The service this case came from is here.
