Digital Nexa in Dubai: what the public record shows, and who else to look at
Digital Nexa is a Dubai-headquartered agency built around HubSpot. It holds HubSpot Elite partner status, the top tier of HubSpot's partner programme and roughly the top one percent of partners worldwide, plus Google Premier Partner status. The company says it has been trading since 2005 and runs a team above 150 people across Dubai, Riyadh, New York, Birmingham and Melbourne. If your sales process already lives in HubSpot, or you are about to move it there, they belong on your shortlist. If your problem is that Instagram enquiries cost too much and your website converts badly, you would be hiring a heavier machine than the job needs.
What the public record shows about Digital Nexa
Everything below comes from sources you can open yourself, not from anything I have been told privately. I have never worked with them and have no commercial relationship with them.
The verifiable picture looks like this. Nexa was the first agency in the UAE to reach HubSpot Platinum tier, recorded in a PRNewswire release at the time. In March 2021 the company co-founded DXG, a global group of HubSpot solutions partners formed with Markentive, Spitfire and Cognition. On Clutch the firm carries 36 reviews and lists a project range from USD 5,000 to over USD 500,000. Their Facebook page shows 25 reviews with an 86 percent recommendation rate. Employee reviews on Indeed sit at 3.0 out of 5, from two entries, which is too small a sample to tell you anything at all, and I would ignore it in either direction.
Some numbers are simply not public. Revenue is not disclosed. Neither is the share of that 150-plus headcount that actually sits in Dubai rather than Riyadh or Melbourne, which matters if you expect people in the room. I could not confirm a Google rating I would be willing to quote in a client meeting, so I am not quoting one.
That project range on Clutch is the most useful line on the whole profile. A USD 5,000 engagement and a USD 500,000 engagement do not get the same people. Ask which end of that range your budget puts you in, and ask who is actually assigned.
What HubSpot Elite and Google Premier actually buy you
HubSpot ranks solutions partners in ascending tiers: Gold, Platinum, Diamond and Elite. Tier is earned largely on how much HubSpot subscription revenue a partner sells and retains, together with certification and customer retention requirements published in HubSpot's partner programme. You can see the whole population in the HubSpot solutions directory.
Read that sentence again, because it is the part nobody explains to buyers. Tier measures the partner's HubSpot business, not the performance of your campaigns. An Elite partner almost certainly has senior CRM architects, migration experience across messy data, and a direct escalation path into HubSpot when something breaks at 9pm before a launch. That is genuinely valuable if you have five thousand contacts sitting in three disconnected systems. It tells you very little about whether they will lower what a signed customer costs you on paid search.
Google Premier Partner works on a different logic. Google caps Premier at a limited share of partners per country each year, scored on client growth, retained spend and certification. So Premier is a real filter on scale of ad spend managed. It is still not a promise about your account.
The buyer question underneath both badges: does your bottleneck sit in the systems or in the market? Systems bottleneck means data, handoffs, quoting and follow-up. Market bottleneck means traffic, creative and cost per enquiry. Badges answer the first question. For the second, you want to see account screenshots and cost figures, the sort of thing we cover in our checklist of questions to ask before hiring a Dubai agency.
The DXG detail that changes how you read a shortlist
Most roundups of "Nexa alternatives" list Markentive as an independent option. Markentive is one of the few HubSpot Elite partners in the world, so the recommendation is reasonable on the facts. It is also a co-founder of DXG alongside Nexa, per the same 2021 announcement above.
Nothing improper about that. Both firms publish it. But if you invite both to pitch believing you have arranged a competitive process between two unrelated companies, you have not. That is worth knowing before you spend three weeks on procurement.
Who Digital Nexa fits, and who is paying for capacity they will not use
They fit well when the sales cycle is long and human. Enterprise B2B, real estate developers with a broker layer, education groups, industrial suppliers selling across GCC markets, anyone with a quote-to-close process that currently lives in spreadsheets and WhatsApp. Multi-country operations are the other clear fit, since an agency with Riyadh, New York and Melbourne offices has run the timezone and language problem before.
They are probably heavier than you need in three common situations. A single-market e-commerce brand that needs creative volume and weekly iteration on paid social. A founder-led business under roughly AED 20,000 monthly ad spend, where a percentage-based management fee cannot fund a serious senior team on either side. And any company that already has a working CRM it has no intention of replacing, because a large part of what a HubSpot Elite partner is exceptional at then goes unused.
Run the arithmetic before the meeting. At the market norm of 10 to 20 percent of media spend, an AED 40,000 monthly budget produces AED 4,000 to 8,000 of management fee. Decide whether that number buys the seniority you are being pitched, then check it against real cost-per-enquiry ranges for your sector. If your answer is that paid search is the whole problem, a specialist PPC team is a cheaper and faster path than an enterprise transformation engagement.
Alternatives worth putting on the same shortlist
Only publicly verifiable facts here, no invented prices and no rankings.
| Agency | What the public record shows | Where it may fit |
|---|---|---|
| Markentive | HubSpot Elite partner, one of very few worldwide, co-founder of DXG with Nexa | Enterprise HubSpot builds, but treat it as related to Nexa, not a rival bid |
| Arcs & Curves | HubSpot Platinum partner since 2016, inbound marketing and social media | Mid-size brands wanting HubSpot competence with a lighter structure |
| Octopus Inbound | HubSpot partner, boutique headcount, inbound and content focus | Smaller teams who want the senior person on the call every week |
| Emblix Solutions | HubSpot partner, 13-plus years trading | Longer-standing local option for companies wanting continuity |
| Chain Reaction | Network agency, strong social media and community management | Brands whose problem is audience and community, not CRM plumbing |
The pattern to notice: four of these five sell HubSpot competence. If your gap is organic visibility or content that ranks, that is a different discipline again, and worth comparing against a dedicated SEO team rather than assuming the CRM partner covers it.
What this costs in Dubai, so you can qualify yourself
Open market bands for the emirate, drawn from published agency material and buyer reports rather than from any one firm's rate card. Treat them as orientation figures.
| What you are buying | Dubai market band |
|---|---|
| Full-service monthly retainer | AED 3,000 to 30,000 per month |
| HubSpot implementation, one-off project | AED 15,000 to 150,000 |
| Paid media management | 10 to 20 percent of ad spend |
That HubSpot range is wide for a good reason. The low end is a clean start: one pipeline, forms, email, a small contact import. The high end covers migrations from a legacy CRM, integrations with ERP or booking systems, custom objects, and retraining a sales team that liked the old way. Ask any partner to place your project in that range in the first call and to say which specific tasks push it up. A firm that cannot do that has not scoped enough builds.
Questions to ask before you sign anything
The staffing and reference-client questions apply to any agency search, not just a HubSpot pitch, and we cover those in full in our checklist of questions to ask before hiring a Dubai agency. What is specific to a HubSpot-partner engagement: ask what happens to your HubSpot portal, ad accounts and creative files if you leave in month four, and get the answer in the contract rather than the pitch deck. Ask which platform licences you pay for directly versus through the agency, since HubSpot subscription cost usually sits outside the management fee. Ask what they would refuse to do for you, since an agency that will do everything has not understood the brief yet. Then ask them to write down the single number they expect to move in ninety days, and what it is today.
If a firm answers all of that plainly, badges become secondary. If they deflect to awards, the badges were the product.
Where we sit
SkyLight Marketing is a Dubai agency running paid media, SEO, social and web for brands including Fabiana Filippi, DSQ Cosmetics, Rayhaan and Toktam Jewelry, with our own photo and video production in-house rather than outsourced. We are not a HubSpot Elite partner and we do not pretend to be, so if a large HubSpot migration is the centre of your project, Nexa and Markentive are more relevant names than ours. Where we are useful is the demand side: making the enquiries arrive, cheaper, with creative produced under one roof. Ask us for the same evidence you would ask them for, starting with a conversation on our contact page.

FAQ
Is Digital Nexa a good agency? The public record shows an established firm with the highest HubSpot partner tier, Google Premier status, 36 Clutch reviews and offices in five cities. Whether it is good for you depends on whether your bottleneck is CRM and sales process or cost per enquiry. Their reviews cluster around HubSpot work, so weight that accordingly.
What is the difference between HubSpot Elite and Platinum for a buyer? Elite sits above Diamond, which sits above Platinum. Tier is driven mainly by the HubSpot subscription revenue a partner sells and retains, plus certification and retention requirements, so it signals depth of HubSpot engineering and escalation access rather than campaign performance. A Platinum partner can be the better choice for a simpler build.
How much does a HubSpot implementation cost in the UAE? Open market bands run roughly AED 15,000 to 150,000 as a one-off project. Simple portal setups sit at the bottom; migrations with ERP integrations, custom objects and sales retraining sit at the top. Ask any partner to place your scope inside that range on the first call.
Are Nexa and Markentive independent alternatives? Both are HubSpot partners and both are co-founders of DXG, announced in March 2021. They publish the relationship openly, but a shortlist containing both is less competitive than it looks.
How much of Nexa's team is actually in Dubai? Not publicly disclosed. The company reports 150-plus people across Dubai, Riyadh, New York, Birmingham and Melbourne without a per-office breakdown. If local presence matters to you, ask for named people and their base city in writing.
When do I not need a HubSpot partner at all? When your CRM works, your sales cycle is short, and your gap is traffic or creative. In that case an agency that lives in ad platforms and content will move your numbers faster and for less money than a transformation engagement.
