Landing page design cost in Dubai: 2026 price breakdown
A landing page in Dubai costs AED 1,000 to 3,500 on a page builder, AED 1,500 to 8,000 from a freelancer, AED 8,000 to 15,000 from a mid-level agency, and AED 18,000 to 25,000 or more at the top end where copy research, A/B testing and behaviour analytics sit inside the scope. Add 5% VAT on professional services, which quotes in this market routinely forget to show. Those are typical 2026 bands from what clients bring us and what we quote, not a fixed rate card.
The number that matters more is the one nobody in the top ten search results talks about: what you are spending on traffic. A page built for AED 3,000 sitting under an ad budget of AED 30,000 a month becomes the most expensive line in the account, because it decides what happens to every dirham behind it.
How much does a landing page cost in Dubai, by route
Four ways to get a landing page live, and what falls off the table at each price point.
| Route | Typical band (AED) | What you get | What you give up |
|---|---|---|---|
| Template on a builder | 1,000–3,500 | A working page, fast | The offer and the structure were designed for someone else's business |
| Freelancer | 1,500–8,000 | Custom design, direct communication | No second pair of eyes on tracking; one person is the whole delivery risk |
| Mid-level agency | 8,000–15,000 | Custom design, mobile layout, basic CRO logic, CRM integration | Deep copy research and structured testing usually sit outside scope |
| Premium build | 18,000–25,000+ | Copy research, A/B plan, heatmaps and session recording, often an Arabic version | Budget and a longer timeline |
The bands overlap on purpose, because the market overlaps. A freelancer at AED 1,500 is swapping a template landing page and handing you the login. A freelancer at AED 8,000 is doing research, copy, design and build alone, and is often better value than a weak agency at the same price. The question is not the label on the invoice. It is which of the line items below actually got done.
One comparison worth making before you commit. A five-page brochure website in Dubai starts around AED 3,000 to 8,000, which is less than a single agency landing page. That looks backwards until you see what the money buys. A brochure site is priced by page count. A landing page is priced by the research, the offer, the copy and the measurement behind one screen that has to carry a paid budget. Page count is cheap. Persuasion is not. If you want the site side of that comparison, our web development and landing page team quotes both from the same brief.
What you are actually paying for inside "landing page design"
Here is the same money, split the way we split it internally. Bands are what this work sells for in Dubai in 2026.
| Line item | Typical band (AED) | Why it costs that |
|---|---|---|
| Discovery, offer and competitor read | 1,000–3,000 | Half a day to a day with your sales data plus a read of the five competitors bidding against you |
| Conversion copywriting | 2,000–5,000 | Research calls, objection mapping, headline and section drafts |
| UX wireframe and visual design | 3,000–7,000 | Desktop and mobile, real content, not lorem ipsum |
| Build (Webflow, WordPress with Elementor, custom) | 2,500–6,000 | Responsive build, speed work, form logic |
| CRM, form and WhatsApp integrations | 1,500–4,000 | Lead lands in the CRM with source data attached, not in an inbox |
| Analytics and GTM setup | 400–1,000 | GA4 events, conversion import into Google Ads and Meta |
| QA, speed and cross-device pass | 500–1,500 | Often bundled, rarely free |
| Extra revision round beyond scope | 500–1,200 | Priced per round after the agreed two |
Add the low end of the first seven lines, the core build, and you get roughly AED 10,900. The eighth line, extra revisions, is scope you add later once the page is live, not part of the base quote. So when a quote lands at AED 8,000, at least two lines are missing. In nine cases out of ten it is discovery and copy: strip those two and the remaining low ends come to about AED 7,900, which is exactly where cheap agency packages sit. That is not a scandal. It is a scope decision, and it is fine if you are supplying the offer and the copy yourself. It is a problem when nobody told you it happened.
Ask for the quote broken into these lines before you compare two agencies. Two proposals at AED 12,000 can contain entirely different work on the same landing page.
Why copy and the offer are worth more than design, and usually cost less
Design gets the credit and the invoice. The offer decides the result.
I have watched the same layout, same photography and same brand produce very different numbers because the headline changed from a description of the service to a description of the outcome, and because the form dropped from seven fields to three. Nothing about the visual design moved. On the invoice, copy was AED 3,000 of a AED 12,000 landing page build. In the account it was the part that moved money.
The pattern behind that is not mysterious. Someone clicking an ad in Dubai has already seen four competitors. They are looking for one reason to stop scrolling and one reason to trust you. Reason one is the offer and the way it is written. Reason two is proof: real client names, real work, real photography rather than stock. We run paid and organic for brands including Fabiana Filippi, DSQ Cosmetics, Rayhaan and Toktam Jewelry, and on their pages the proof block does more work than any hero animation. You can see how that looks in practice across our client work.
If your budget is tight, protect the copy line and cut the design line. A clean, plain landing page with a sharp offer outperforms a beautiful page selling a vague one.
Analytics, GTM and goals: an unmeasured page cannot be improved
The cheapest line on the whole landing page quote is the one most often skipped. GA4 and Google Tag Manager setup runs AED 400 to 1,000. Without it you own a page you cannot argue with.
What we check before any page we build goes live in the UAE:
- Largest Contentful Paint under 2.5 seconds on a mobile connection, tested on a real phone, not on office fibre
- A live test submission that arrives in the CRM and in email, with the source field populated
- The GA4 event firing and visible in DebugView, not assumed from the tag manager preview
- That conversion imported into Google Ads and Meta, because a GA4 goal alone does not teach the ad platforms anything
- WhatsApp links carrying a prefilled message, so the enquiry is attributable to the page rather than landing anonymously
- Phone fields that accept +971 formats without rejecting them
- Hero image compressed and served at the size it actually renders
Most of the paid traffic we buy in this market lands on mobile, so the mobile pass is the real pass and the desktop pass is the courtesy. If your current agency cannot show you the DebugView screenshot, that line was quoted and not delivered.
The Arabic version: what changes beyond translation
Budget 20% to 30% on top of the design and copy lines, and expect it to touch the build rather than just the text file.
Right-to-left is a layout rebuild, not a mirror. Logical CSS properties replace left and right values, form fields flip, icons that imply direction have to flip with them, and anything hardcoded to the left edge breaks. Arabic typography needs a typeface with a proper Arabic cut, and the Latin and Arabic faces have to be paired deliberately, since default system fallbacks look cheap next to a premium brand. Text length changes too, so the headline that fit on two lines in English may need a shorter Arabic version written rather than translated. Add hreflang for ar-AE, en-AE and x-default so the right version shows in search.
On a AED 12,000 landing page where design and copy together are around AED 7,000, the Arabic layer lands roughly at AED 1,400 to 2,100. Decide at brief stage. Retrofitting Arabic into a finished build costs more than including it.
How long it takes, stage by stage
Template routes run two to three weeks. Custom builds run three to five. The stages inside that:
| Stage | Working days |
|---|---|
| Brief, access, offer discussion | 2–4 |
| Research and copy draft | 4–7 |
| Wireframe and visual design | 5–8 |
| Build and responsive pass | 4–7 |
| Integrations, analytics, QA | 2–4 |
The variable that blows these up is never the build. It is review rounds. A feedback cycle that takes four days instead of one adds a week per round, and there are usually three. If you have a campaign date, agree who signs off and how fast before anyone opens Figma.
What it costs after launch
Nobody quotes this part, and it is where budgets quietly leak.
A revision round after landing page handover runs AED 500 to 1,200 depending on how deep the change goes. Copy edits are the cheap end. Restructuring a section is the expensive end. Platform costs continue: Webflow bills site plans in USD, WordPress hosting and premium plugin licences renew annually, and Unbounce is a subscription tied to traffic volume, so check the current pricing page of whichever platform you land on rather than trusting a number in a blog post.
Ongoing support sits in a retainer of roughly AED 500 to 2,000 a month for a single page, covering edits, monitoring and tracking checks after platform updates break things, which they do. Testing is priced like a revision round per variant plus analysis time, so a two-variant test is realistically a AED 1,500 to 3,000 exercise, and it is only worth running once the page sees enough traffic to reach a decision.
Two more things pull on the budget. Offers change with the calendar, since Ramadan and the summer slowdown both shift what an audience responds to. And fresh photography or video for a hero section is a production cost, not a design cost. As part of the SkyLight group, that production sits next door at SL Media rather than going to a third party, which keeps the shoot brief and the page brief written by the same people.
Match the page budget to the ad budget
This is the calculation the pricing guides ranking above this article do not run.
Say you spend AED 30,000 a month on paid search and social, pointed at one landing page. At a blended cost per click of AED 10, that buys about 3,000 clicks. A page converting at 1.5% delivers 45 leads at a cost per lead of AED 667. The same traffic on a page converting at 3% delivers 90 leads at AED 333.
The gap is 45 leads a month. If you paid AED 3,000 for the first page and AED 12,000 for the second, the extra AED 9,000 is recovered inside the first month as long as one lead is worth more than AED 200 to your business. For most of the brands we work with in Dubai it is worth many times that.
I am not promising that a better page doubles your conversion rate. It might move it by a third, and on some accounts the offer is the ceiling rather than the page. What the arithmetic does prove is the direction: a page is a one-time cost sitting under a recurring one, and saving AED 9,000 once in order to run AED 180,000 of traffic over six months through a weaker page is a bad trade with a good-looking invoice.
A simple way to decide:
- Testing an offer you have never sold before, ad budget under AED 5,000 a month: builder or a lean freelancer build. Keep the money in traffic until the offer proves itself.
- Ad budget AED 5,000 to 15,000 a month: entry agency package or a strong freelancer, with the analytics line non-negotiable.
- Ad budget above AED 15,000 a month, or one lead worth more than AED 1,000: full agency build with copy research and a test plan.
- Arabic-first audience or a regulated category: premium tier, and budget the second language from day one.
If you already have the campaign running, the fastest read is to look at what your current page is doing to your cost per lead before you touch the creative. That is the first thing we check when we take over paid search and social campaigns.
FAQ
How much does a landing page cost in Dubai? Typical 2026 bands are AED 1,000 to 3,500 for a builder template, AED 1,500 to 8,000 from a freelancer, AED 8,000 to 15,000 from a mid-level agency, and AED 18,000 to 25,000 or more for a premium build with copy research, testing and behaviour analytics. Add 5% VAT.
Landing page vs full website: what is the price difference? A five-page brochure site starts around AED 3,000 to 8,000, which can be less than a single agency landing page. A website is priced by page count and structure. A landing page is priced by research, offer, copy and measurement for one screen carrying paid traffic.
Should I hire a freelancer or an agency? A freelancer works when the scope is one page, you already have the offer and copy, and someone on your side owns the tracking. An agency earns the difference when the page sits under a real ad budget and the work includes research, CRM integration, conversion import and a test plan.
Can I build it myself on a page builder? Yes, and for a first test of an unproven offer it is often the right call. What you lose is a structure designed around your buyer, and analytics that are usually half-configured. Budget AED 400 to 1,000 to have the tracking set up properly even on a DIY page.
What is included in a typical package? Discovery, copy, UX and visual design, build, integrations, analytics setup, and QA. Ask for the quote split into those lines. If a quote lands near AED 8,000, discovery and copy are usually the two lines that are missing.
How much extra do copywriting and analytics cost? Conversion copywriting runs AED 2,000 to 5,000 depending on research depth. GA4 and GTM setup with conversion import runs AED 400 to 1,000. Together they are frequently under a third of the build, and they decide most of the outcome.
How long does a landing page take in Dubai? Two to three weeks for a template route, three to five weeks for a custom build. Review speed on the client side is the usual reason projects run past the estimate.
Are there ongoing costs after launch? Yes. Revision rounds at AED 500 to 1,200, platform and hosting subscriptions, and support retainers of roughly AED 500 to 2,000 a month. Testing is an additional cost, worth running once the page has enough traffic to give you a clear answer.
If you want a line-by-line quote for your page rather than a tier from a pricing page, send us the offer, the target audience and the monthly ad budget behind it. That is enough to price it accurately.
